COACHING FOCUS

I offer coaching services because I deeply care about lifting individuals who identify as women, especially women of color, to reach positions of power and influence. I specialize in helping young high-performing women find their voices and excel in leadership roles. During my corporate career, I was often the only woman of color in rooms that make decisions. The patriarchy and long-time corporate norms do not benefit, and often even create barriers, to those who identify as women.

In my coaching services, I focus on understanding who you are as a leader. I help you trust and utilize your innate strengths effectively, while recognizing and overcoming the narratives, assumptions, and fears that hold you back from showing up authentically and confidently. Together, we can strategize the values you want to bring to your job, ways to manage up effectively, cultivate meaningful relationships with your peers, and foster empowerment within your team. My goal is to support you in breaking through these barriers, achieving your fullest potential, and creating a more equitable and just world.

COACHING OPTIONS

I am currently accepting new clients. All appointments are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. I offer a free 15 minute video or phone consult to incoming clients to see if we are a good fit.

I charge $145 for 55min coaching sessions. Online payment is due at the time of service. All no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session amount.
