MY STORY

Welcome! My name is Hang. I am passionate about providing therapy and coaching services that honor and empower individuals from all walks of life.

I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I came to the US when I was sixteen to pursue higher education. As a teenager, I navigated the challenges of a new culture and language while discovering my own identity, voice, potential, privileges and oppression.

My first career was in Strategy, Operations, and Project Management. Before starting my own therapy business, I was the Global Director of Strategy and Business Operations at one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies—with the mission to cure cancer. I became a therapist because of my own healing journey, my love for humanity, and my desire to experience the depth of human connection.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy life with my husband and two children, explore my creativity with a textile project, plan the future, or eat good foods.

MY STYLE

My style is compassionate, direct, collaborative, and experiential. I will walk along side you as you explore who you are, what you want, and how you want to live. My role is to help you regulate your nervous system, to zoom out and see perspectives, to break the cycle and try new ways of thinking/habits/behaviors. I prioritize creating a safe environment where you can do deep work, and help you see unconscious patterns, assumptions, narratives, or wounds from your past. I value honesty and authenticity both ways in this work together.

MY EDUCATION & TRAINING

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State. I hold a Master of Arts (MA) in Couples & Family Therapy from Antioch University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Seattle Pacific University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Washington.
